So I am looking to move

Postby holychicken » Thu Jun 11, 2009 5:53 pm

I am still a relative noob to the game, but I made a little home in the second ring when I found out that going into the third ring met foxes chasing me down and me being unable to hit them.

Now that I have gotten my skills up a bit, I would like to venture out to some of the harder circles and set up my home near a major city.

Any suggestions on where I should move to? Is there anything I should know before moving? Such as, is there any benefit to declaiming my land?

Well first off, if you declaim your land, you get back all learning points that you used to claim that land - though the materials used to make it are lost.

There are quite a few towns that are accepting recruits: Shady Acres, LeperBunny Commune, Laketown, Bottleneck, and my own town, Clayshire; just to name a few.
You see a masterful engraving by Blaze. On it is Blaze, bears, boars, and foxes. Blaze is striking down the bears. The boars are screaming. The foxes are in a fetal position. The image relates to the return of Blaze in the late winter of 2009.

Yeah come visit us on the east south eastern part of the map.
The ones who see things differently.

You can praise them, disagree with them, quote them, disbelieve them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can't do is ignore them.
And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius.

Follow the roads around, chat to people, you'll find somewhere.

Oh, and re living in the danger zone, you should be aware that if you settle with a bunch of other people you're probably going to end up in the danger equivalent of level 1 anyway.
