Help on health?

I need some help getting my health back up i was attacked by something canr remember what but my health is now at 56/91/134 how to i get it to 134/134/134?

Soft HP/Hard HP/Max HP

Soft hp is regenerated naturally while hungry or full. Hard hp is regenerated with gauze or leeches.
Of another era.

Use leeches to restore HHP, but make sure you don't use too many at a time or you can get KO'd from the SHP damage.
