Cellar digging

On a character with 71 strength, and a quality 34 pickaxe, would it be faster to destroy cellar stones via the runestone method or by chipping them?

Being inside a house makes him happy, he should reconsider when your stamina/hunger runs out :D

Save them for animal pens and leaving them around outside for travellers to use as runestones. If you need a place to store them, line them up along your walls.
