Cant Install The Game

I cant install the game Heaven and Hearth i clicked the icon on my desktop and it said this

i don't know what to do i'm using Windows vista and i really want to play

PS. im using vista beaus it work just fine and XP support was ended and any thing newer doesn't work

Check your browser or java security settings. If you don't know how, google "<your browser> security settings" or "java security settings".

How Does's that apply? I Downloaded the game and my browsers setting have no thing to do here
