dont think so.
first of all, cows q does not depend on what they eat. ive heard chicken q does, but i know my friends cows and pigs eat much lower q food and yet have higher stats than mine because i often stop breeding when i dont have time feeding/butchering them.
"food eaten q" does change from birth to adulthood or till death, though.
i havent been able to confirm that any calves drinking milk from barrels yet, rather it seems they drink from other mama cows around or starving meter lowers when no other cows around, as far as ive seen so far. (milk in barrels seem to vapor into air or other adult animals drink it, or for whatever reason, it does get decreased little by little when placed outside.)
BUT I CAN BE COMPLETELY WRONG ON THIS, as i did hear others had always said calves drink milk from barrels and i had believed that for long without checking it out myself till very recently.
as far as ive recognized, the only time ive seen calves having higher "food eaten q" is when placing them near cows with higher q milk.
other than that(food eaten q), the stats of each animal never change, it can be lowered by starvation, lower q food eaten, and under other capping situation upon butchering, but thats all.
