Heaven&Heart Problem :c

Hi, I have problem with Haven&Hearth, always when I play i no see any players, and Game say me " You are alone on this world", Maybe i m on old server? I want play with players and my friend. He no see my and other players and I no see him and other players. Pls help.

No, it just means you have nobody kinned (= on your friends list).
