owell im asking cause i dont know what it is, is it any q of steel for bwall?
what do you mean by "the pen is stonger than the sword"? you do know what a sword is right?

Not just any quality, generally low quality that you wouldn't make armor or weapons out of. This benchmark tends to change over time but it's always safe to assume q2-30 steel qualifies.
