There will be no character transfer. Your characters, homes, and everything else here will stay here in Haven as this server runs concurrently with the new Hafen server when it initially launches. Hafen is an engine rebuild that Haven has needed for a long time to improve on a lot of the little things. What all will change? We don't know yet. I'm not even sure JLo know yet. We're definitely seeing graphic and gameplay changes but that's not saying anything of value.

I'd just like to point out that characters aren't even saved during new worlds as it is now, so why would characters get ported over to the new one?
