Mixedleaf forests?

If I remember correctly I saw a forest with both needleleaf and broadleaf trees. Do those exist? Just can't seem to find any in w7...

where the two different forest biome meet it can happen and sometimes in thickets.

on minimap you see the difference even when it seems mixed in game window
