everytime i look in my skill menu my learning ability sometimes is higher then the last time how dose it go up and what dose it do?

move your slider towards peacefull, once it and change are maxed (change moves auto along with most others) youll get 360%. 40% if you go full tradtion(dont)

You can also get a bonus from drinking tea (always fill up the tea buff before logging off) and wearing pearl necklace and rings (you won't have those for quite a while).
