1 mill LP, 40 intel, lots of changing belief sliders.
That's what I've heard, but nobody really knows.

It has to be the combination of them all, since 15int char also gave dev skull.

The requirements probably aren't high but nobody knows how to farm them so they pay up to 10 pearls for each (or used to, back when I played and sold those)
The only thing SURELY known about them is that their quality = dead person psyche.

Required 2 elements.

-100,000LP
-60 or so INT(barbarism/civilization bar influences the result, so be advisable 40int with max civilization)

no other attributes, no skills, but become developed skull.

Did you read my previous post? having 60 int is not requirement by itself, it has to be connected with something else.

I'm not sure accurate information, but I used to muss-produce dev skulls in my own way.
Perhaps it may need combination of various factors as ramones says.
In truth, I raised strength just a little bit while eating int cheese, it may influence.

My experiments:
Eat only musky miben till 50int - failed, undeveloped
Eat only musky miben till 60int - success, developed

I thought there needs to be int 60+ from the above results.

Whenever I put in curios below 100k LP, the skull didn't become developed.
