Removing a personal claim

Hi,

Just started W7 and everywhere I go there are lots of abandoned places but still having personal claims on them.

Can you now destroy a personal claim and what stats / skills would I need to do this. Or do I need to set up a village over the claim?

I am just talking about fairly small claims.

Thanks Borka for pointing me in the right direction. I guess it won't be something I can do very soon but worth knowing.

With a bear cape and a sledge hammer you could do it almost immediately.

If he doesn't have enough LP for a vclaim, nor the stats to destroy them, what makes you think he advanced enough to have access to good bearcapes and steel tools? Heck, I am getting into the late game slowly, and I don't even have a sledgehammer

Though I guess you could argue that he can get help in which case you would be right. Don't mean to offend you, just trying to help here
