Yes. Build a village idol and have them destroy their hearth fires. Oath them to the village you create, and they can teleport freely while they have no hearth fire.

Or if they're just fresh spawns you can have them spawn on your hearthfire using your hearth secret

Let your friends suicide and spawn their inherited chars on your HF

If you have a village near you that is friendly towards you ask them for TP help.

Otherwise there's only traveling by boat left for which you need to know Coords ...

You can actually party up and click on their portraits to get a heading

but often the heading is missleading on bigger distance

Not the arrow that points vaguely in their direction but clicking on the portrait, it paths you directly to them
