how do i make the conret stuff to bulid homes and hosers

i can build log building but cant place them for some reason
do i need the path or concrete stuff for them so i can build and if so what skill do i need
because we dont know what we are doing it would be a grate help to now

For the "concrete" stuff, you need the skill stone working, then to chip a stone and use Adventure>Landscaping>Lay Stone to place it on a paved or grassland/heath/moor tile.
