My SHP and MHP does not regen!

I don't know. I set my Criminal Acts on and then i was looking into some crates and homes. I loose a lot of SHP and MHP, i set my criminal acts off and it still doesn't regen. What can i do?

MHP = max hp, it's always at the highest value. Your soft hp isn't regenerating because it can't be higher than your hard hp, which does not regenerate normally. You need Gauze or Leeches for that.
