How to get a white skull

From my experience you can get a developed skull with Murder skill and 45 base intelligence. I got 100% skull with that formula. (I also had farming but i dont think its relevant)
-Tried 44 intelligence - didn't work
-Tried rage only - didn't work
-Tried spending the same amount of lp in other skull - didn't work

Getting a dev skull is not an exact science cause I have seen people get dev skull with less intel and no murder. So there might be some other way to get one. Also a bud of mine tried the 45 intel and murder and it didnt work for him. But i made a ton of skull that way so I wish you guys good luck and I hope this was useful.

Also that's me. For people who needs more proof.

ive got one without the skill murder in the beginning-ish of the world. murder is not the requirement, but a part of the combination which loftar never has the intention to reveal.

also i like learning murder on these alt cause i train a bunch of them at the same time and make them fight to the death so i dont leave scent on my main char

Never use the word 100% because jorbtar is mischeavious and may change it.

NOT WORKED AT ALL

Tried with 45int & murder, and just got brown shitty skull only.
Also it had tresspassing+theft, lawspeaking, yeomanry etc. maybe i should try once more with psy thing...
