I really need help installing please

I have tried everything to install this game. Including different clients and different java versions. I have the latest Java installed and I have a windows 7 64 bit operating system. Please help me! This game looks amazing and I am looking for a new game to play that takes real time hours. Please help. Thank you

What happens when you click the play button / try to install a client?

OK. if i try to launch the auto haven, the Haven and hearth logo shows up for about 10 seconds then leaves. when I try to use the Run file it does nothing at all. idk if i'm typing in something wrong on the run files or if they are in the wrong directory. I do not get any error messages In particular either then the command promt error when I attempt to run the Run files. Do you want a picture of the promt?

How do you run autohaven.jnlp ? Have you tried "Open with Java Web Start Launcher" after clicking the play button and being prompted for action? That's the default way.

Before you do open Java Control Panel -> Security and put in

I recommend trying to get the default client running first before trying with a custom client.
