Lost gate key (left open)

Someone in my village kept the key to my gate. He hasnt logged on in weeks.
In this situation it looks like I can build a gate over the gate.


Is that ok, or is Jorb still angry over that, mentioned in the thread below?

If I build a gate over the gate, will the old gate be overwritten, or can the old gate still be closed?
