Ender's highlighting?

Ender's Client says it has an ability to highlight clay, how do I tell when this happens?
W7 Hermit, Honorary Ruskie
W8 Hermit - W10 Hermit - W12 Hermit
W13 Oppidian, Lawspeaker of Duckshead Bay, Straumfjord
W14 Oppidian, Aldermann of Aldorice Reodcomba, Lord of Eirinsk, Duke of Sasheim
W15 Oppidian, Vanguard of the Wowgangers

It will highlight grey clay and cave clay forragables on the minimap

You need a minimum Exploration * Perception score to see them at all. http://ringofbrodgar.com/wiki/Foraging
