I don't get a stat increase when my FEP bar is filled...

I'm new to the game, and have eaten enough cooked rabbit meat, fish, etc., that I should have gained two attribute points, but each time the FEP bar fills for me, and starts over, all my base attributes remain at the default 10. Is anybody else having this problem, and can anyone suggest what I do to remedy this? Thanks.

i dont think this is a bug and should be moved to "How Do I" or merged with "simple question" thread.
you are probably eating some raw meat or rats on stick along with other food stuffs and gained "hurt" (black in fep bar) which causes hhp damage instead of attribute points. list what you have eaten to make sure.

Ahh... I've always cooked my meat, but rats have been a frequent staple in my diet. I really appreciate you clearing that up for me.
