How Can I equip Bear Tooth Amulet?

Hello Guys,

Friend made for me Beart Tooth Amulet q54. To Equip that, I need Jewellery? Or Creator is only one person, who can eqiop that amulet? :?

It goes into the first slot on the right side of the character sheet, the head slot that is not a hat. Make sure you don't have a pipe or glasses or anything else equipped in that slot. I don't think it requires any skills to equip, it definitely doesn't require either of the above.
