ok this is weird but when i came back to play hnh after a bit of a break i couldnt log in to my old account and i had to make a new one, funny thing was i could use the same email from my old account but all my characters dont exist anymore for some reason

accountname + PW -> chars

e-mail adress for accountmaking is not related to chars but to account(s) only

only if you login with old accountname and password you're able to access chars

If you just forgot the PW of old account try a password retrival at forums login page
