Hi Hearthlings, at the risk of looking like a newb who's not aware of this game's cruel nature I must ask a question.
After not playing for like... a month, a friend of mine, member of my tiny village, (Pretty much a glorified hermitage.) logs in, and he is unable to spawn in his hearthfire.
After clicking what he claims as "Spawn in the wilderness" he appeared in the middle of nowhere! Far far away. With no hearthfire.
So me and another friend log in, to our surprise, a battering ram, and our timber houses, along with one 3x3 are gone! Another small house, a 3x3, is still there. This explains why the hearthfire disappeared, and why we were able to spawn as our hearthfires were outside. None of us is harmed, we did not lose any HHP, nobody died. Our farms are untouched, our fences are too, I turned on tracking with the ranger skill, to find no scents. At first I thought, "Oh, a raid, no matter, we can replace everything." But no scent? No criminals? Strange. A bug? Perhaps.
We lost all our cupboards, a loom, 2 Timber Houses and a Log Cabin, along with a battering ram. It can all be replaced, this is NOT a QQ thread, I do not demand a refund, I don't want my items replaced by the admins, I don't mind, everything is fine.
I just want to know, what could have happened?
Have a good day, Hearthlings.
