How useful are high-quality bones?

Like, what can you even make from them that matters quality-wise? Should i just make arrows and empty my bone cupboard?
Boar tusks too, what do I even do with them?

High quality bone glue, bone hooks, seer's bones, and better wooden saws are the only other uses I see. There are other things to do with bones though.

High quality bones can also be used to make high quality bone clay. q100+ kilns are made this way, which is really worth it.

Better have a fairly reliable spot to forage cave clay to do this, though. You can really grind out some high q kilns, smelters, ovens, etc. this way, though. It's a lot easier now with trolls than it used to be.

I forget that the world has been running that long now. Yeah, that's what I meant. (Might as well fill in any livestock here, as they do tend to gain in quality at about the same rate per week.)
