Hello near my house are some abandoned claims how can i destory these claims

Inactive Claim stakes can be destroyed with the vandalism skill when the owner hasn't been logged in for one month of real time. You need to tresspass onto the claim first.(As of 03_Jun_2013) Odor of Trespassing scent will stay visible. Vandalism scents disappear right after the claim stake is destroyed and Pclaim gone.
