How much LP do skulls give you?

Both developed and underdeveloped, I've amassed a small collection of the latter from various abandoned raider towns, and their victims. Are they even good or should i just fill a lockbox with them for novelty reasons?

Depends on the player's intelligence,the highest,the more valuable,the more LP's,thats how it works
