Cant download the game?

I've wanted this game since ProJared did a video on it, but it won't download. I'm clicking play, it's opening something on the bottom screen, and when I clicked it, it asked me what I want to open it in. I opened it in internet explorer, and just got a bunch of code. Same with notepad. Can someone help me? (PS: I'm using Google Chrome)

The file is run with java, you'll need to download java to play.

Once you've installed java just run the game. If you're having trouble navigating those links just go to java.com and download java.

You choose the right file (Windows - 32 /x86 or 64/x64 Bit) after checking agreement it get's downloaded and when dl is finished you doubleclick it to install it on your system - when installation was successfull do this:
