Err, sorry, total newbie question...

Sorry to bother you all, but how do you, err, start the game? I'm probably missing something really obvious... But, I start up the game, log in, and as soon as I do anything (press any buttons, move the mouse ect.) it seems to log me out. I really want to play this game, it looks really fun. Is this a glitch, or am I doing something wrong?

Have you installed the game client onto your computer? I didn't need to on my first computer, but when I tried to play on my second I was having problems. They were fixed though, when I installed the client. http://www.havenandhearth.com/java/haven.jnlp

Thank you! I turned off the firewall and installed the client, it seems to work now!
