You can destroy the skeleton, or pick it up, trying to "bug" out using sprint speed and clicking lot next to you might work as well.

OP you try lift the skull? or destroy it? you can destroy your own hf too , or just run and clickspam in 3rd speed.

maybe spawn a 2nd hearthling off your Hearth secret and use him to pick up the skeleton?

or try with higher run speed and spam clicking - after freed take the skull (right clik) and lift the sceleton away
