Strange monster

The other day I was wandering around and I came across a giant man like creature, it was kind of orange with green hair and it was running around waving its arms in a crazy fashion. Naturally I legged it without enquiring what it called itself. Anyone know what this was? Are they dangerous?

It was probably a Dryad.

They are harmless.
