App Blocked by Security Settings

Whenever I try to open the game it gives me "Your security settings have blocked a self-signed app from running with and out-of-date or expired version of java'. Is there anyway to fix this I'm new to java and don't know how to change my security settings.


I use windows 8.1

Try the 'How Do I?' forum. Ya click the text next to the wacky circle and you read the stuff there till ya find it.
