Cannot make nettle shirt

I have about a dozen stinging nettle and it doesn't show up on the Cloth Making section(all I have is the spruce cap and the rope). Is there something I am missing? The wiki says all I need is cloth making.

Just to verify, you gathered at least one of those stinging nettles yourself so that you count as having discovered them, correct?

Yes I did (although the first three I got were in a basket somewhere).

You should be able to. Double check cloth making is in your purchased skills box. Pick a new nettle and if its still not there try plant lore. I know plant lore opens a few new things.

What skill was missing? Cloth Making or did it turn out to be Plant Lore? If it needs both, we can correct the wiki

Cloth Making only

spruce cap needs Wilderness Survival
rope depends on Animal Husbandry

having the craft - cloth section thus doesn't say you have Cloth Making skill bought

Update: new char test -the craft cloth section appears after having discovered string (taproot) and bough, animal husbandry to buy after catching and butchering the first rabbit, rope right when buying animal husbandry, buying cloth making allows nettle shirt and pant crafting when having discovered nettle
