Learnign Rate Above 100%??

I see Dondy writing here about her learnimg rate going down - from one > 100% value to another. My learning rate is a mere 100%. Do I have to embrace change to improve that, at the price of greater xp (and skill?) loss if I die?

i think there is one other attitude that effect learn rate...they really should make specialization more benifitial then just changing how your gonna lose

Peaceful also increases learning, though only a miniscule amount and at the loss of damage dealt.
