So...... I decided to play a little bit since i've not played the game in almost 2 years and figure I need a refresher before 2.0. Got my java situated and played with the vanilla client yesterday for about 2 hours, no problems. logged off, got Enders and played another 2 hours, logged off and now anytime i log in with enders the game drops me after like 5 seconds. Any help/idea appreciated.

Try deleting charactename_belt.conf file in Ender folder

Already done both. if I try to start the game with the haven exe I get the message "connection refused". if I start it by running the updater it downloads the same files every time (Shouldn't they stay there?) and 5-10 seconds after i start playing it drops me back to the log in screen. i have no problem with any other internet application so I know it's not my internet and like I said, I played for hours earlier that day with both the default client and with Ender's. is there an error log somewhere?

Ok, I narrowed it down a bit, something in my Enders folder must be causing it. I deleted the folder, made a new one and ran updater and played just fine for like an hour "until" i got in my boat, I got about 30 seconds upriver and poof, it dropped me and kept on from there.
