360%, I think. The normal learning ability goes from 33% to 300% depending on the tradition/change slider, and then this value can be multiplied by between 0.8 and 1.2 depending on the martial/peaceful slider, so having full peace and full change gives 300% * 1.2 = 360%.

Ahh. Yes you are right. These is a extra bonus from peaceful.

EDIT: But the question is does it add 20% of the 300% to the learning ability or does it just make it 320%?

20 % is always 20 %, so it amounts to 1×1.2×3 = 360 %.
Otherwise I'm gonna smack him.

it's 360%

Confused me too when a town member told me he had 360%LA. I expected it to add 20 to it, not add 20%.
The ones who see things differently.

You can praise them, disagree with them, quote them, disbelieve them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can't do is ignore them.
And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius.

Thank you! I'm glad there is someone who understands me! And to think that I even had to explain this point to Jorb... ;)

Addition makes the numbers look cleaner and was, really, always my intention.

Intelligence 48: LA +38
Thinker's Cap (EQ): LA +10
Philosopher's Stone Axe (EQ): LA +50
Insightful Dream (Edible): LA +20
School Lunch (Feast, Edible): LA +3
"Dedication to Education" (Personal Belief): LA +5
+5 Peace (Attitude): LA +20
+5 Change (Attitude): LA +300

Either: 38 + 10 + 50 + 20 + 3 + 5 + 20 + 300 = 446

1X 4.46 = 4.46

Or: 1X1.38X1.1X1.5X1.2X1.03X1.05X1.20X3 = 10.63832616

Compare LA: 446 with LA: 1063.832616. It also means (Much less of a concern, of course) that we do not have to worry about unintended runaway multiplication when we implement new things.

...but I might be wrong.
