yes. you can find out the ql of the constructed item in other ways though... for beehives, harvesting the wax or honey will give you some idea of the ql, however it's supposedly influenced by the crops nearby, but really the only thing that matters for a beehive is the ql of the honey it produces. querns don't actually have a ql. for herb tables, you can put some tea leaves on the table and wait for them to turn into green tea leaves. the ql of the green tea leaves is (original tea leaf q + table q) / 2 iirc. other things have other formulas and i don't feel like writing several paragraphs detailing it, but the short answer is that you can figure out the relative ql by using the object. if you like math and such you can collect data and figure out the formula with a large enough data set.
