Whats the quality dependent on?

Ive got q28 raw salmon, q31 branches for the fire, 33 cooking and 32 perception, and getting q22 cooked salmon.

branches don't mattter. Roasting is dependent upon survival.

Yes, I had no clue what it was dependent on, those were the only things I could think of...

Survival! So the highest Q roasted food can be is the Q of the raw food, but a low survival will lower it to inbetween the two?
