What are the names of the terrains?

I have found coniferous forest, and grassland, pink land which is I think called heath, yellow land that is very like the heath, lavender coloured marshes and green marshes. What difference is there between the yellow and the pink areas? I see also that the green marshes will infest with leeches but the lavender marsh will not. There is also brown dirt bare land but when I read the forum I find several different names for it I think.

I would like to know names for all of these, so that I can describe them correctly.

Also, I have now found deciduous forest which has me very surprised. I had thought the forest of deciduous trees was only the center of the world.
