How do I make those cobbled stone roads for construction?

Postby HerrMansen » Sun Jan 03, 2010 11:51 am

I'm trying to place a Kiln near an abandoned cottage but I can't seem to place it anywhere. I managed to figure out that it requires that stony cobble base to be placed, but how do I turn raw ground into cobbled street? :)

You need to plow the ground then lay stone (which you have chipped from a near by rock)

Both plow and Lay stone can be found in the adventure -> landscaping menu

However, plowing by hand takes a LOT of stamina. If you can get the skills for it, making a wooden ploy is much more efficient.

Indeed. I managed to build two wooden cottages before I discovered how timesaving the plow was.

I've never plowed before laying stone, and it's worked just fine for me.

you don't have to plow if it's on grass or mudflat
