How do I install and run Pachos Client on Windows?

I'm running the game on a rather large monitor compared to the standard client window and would like to try out Pachos version of the client. There isn't much help to be found in his thread and I'd rather not start spamming in it.

So I downloaded the "IRC-Extended-Haven.jnlp" file and ran it on my desktop. Java starts up and claims to install the client - then an error popup appears saying it cannot run the client. I figure it has something to do with an outdated client? and download the latest patch file containing a "haven.jar" file. I've searched my harddrives for the file to replace but I can't seem to find it anywhere - not even in the java folders at C:\Applications\Java\Jre6\Bin.

What am I missing here?

If you are running windows download the haven windows full zip. Unzip it and update it with the latest patch. The accordant linux files are on the bottom of the download page, if you don't run windows.

Ah! Euréka. Finally got it working - too bad the 64bit version doesn't seem to work with Intel Processors (not that it matters performance wise I suppose).

Thanks for the tip - the filenames suggested the IRC files at the bottom was all that was needed.
