Blinking?

Yeah, my java client is blinking too hard - all the time when i click some mouse button and sometimes even more often. What should i do to prevent it? I have already tried to reinstall Java. Bless me! It's really annoying!

I have the same issue on my laptop; could you be using an Intel graphics engine, say Intel GMA 950?

I have ATI Radeon HD 3800 Series. Should i try to install the new driver? Also maybe i should change some settings of my Java software (i wish i knew if it's possible at all) ?

Try the driver; that might work. I am no expert, though. :P

What kind of blinking are you referring to, more exactly?

mine blinks frantically to full white screen whenever i get a msg on yahoo or msn or when task bar peeks up

Oh, thank you. I just turned off all the application... and it started to work in a proper way.

Nemu described it perfectly, every time when i click a mouse button or do something else the full java screen turns to white for a moment. It's just too annoying.
