How do i start the .jnlp file?

Hi, over on another gaming board. Someone posted some info on Haven and Hearth, and i thought it looked good.

However, i havent been able to launch it yet.

I created and account, then downloaded the client: autohaven.jnlp
I then clicked the file, and up popped the 'find a program to run this file extension'
So after doing some reserch, its java orientated. and asking around on the gaming forum i was told to use java to launch it.
so i tried to open it with java.exe - no such luck
i then tried to launch it with .exe at the end - no such luck
tried to launch it other excutables under the 'bin' folder in the java.

Someone on the other forums suggested running it under:'Java (TM) Web Start Launcher.'
However, i didnt seem to have it on my pc.

My specs are:-

OS: Windows Vista: Home Premium - service pack 2
Processer: Intel core 2 Duo CPU E7200 @ 2.53Ghz 2.53 Ghz
Memory (RAM): 4 GB
System Type: 32 bit operating system
Graphics card: Nvidea Gforce 8800 GTX

You need javaws.
