Sorry to say this, but i really think that regaining health should go faster, my character i had was stuck on MAX 4/4 hp hhp and such, never got more, i used bandage after bandage after bandage, but it seems like i have to be standing, doing nothing, (except eat and bandaging) for IRL days, wich is not a big huzzah... if noone else have this problem i suppose i do something wrong but there aint much of detailed help either..

You have to apply the bandage to your head, and you can't be currently wearing a helmet. It'll regen HHP slowly but surely.

The other alternative is to run and sit in a swamp for a while. You'll get leeches all over your body and will eat SHP. Each point of SHP they drain, you have a chance of gaining HHP. I'd maybe try using only three or less leeches though, since your HHP is so low. Otherwise they'll knock you out and start draining your HHP away.

Fact remains you should not drop below 10 hhp.

It simulates the severity of your injuries. It takes a long ass time to fix. Best bet would be to do some farming while wearing bandages..
The ones who see things differently.

You can praise them, disagree with them, quote them, disbelieve them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can't do is ignore them.
And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius.

Just to be extra clear here, once you've applied the gauze to your head, you can continue doing whatever it is you normally do while it heals you 10 HHP. You don't have to stand motionless or anything, it just takes a long time and you can't wear a helmet in the mean time

Being a monk, I always wear a head bandage. It really helps.

Well, I got 3/3, been feeding leeches for ages now, and it's never went up. How to raise quality of leeches? Maybe this will help :/

EDIT: Uhh, then a boar ran to my swamp and rammed into me leaving 1/1 HP

That means the only way for you to mean is to get gauze. If you are by yourself, then the only way to do that is to find a clover and feed it to a mouflon. hen you can shear it once. Use a loom to weave a gauze. Take the gauze and right click your character.

Also can a mod move this to the Inn or How do I sections?
If you keep focusing on the shadow behind, you will not see the light in front of you.

Being successful isn't just about hard work and succeeding, it is also about picking yourself up when you fail.
