I've been late with a couple of mine requests lately, but yours I cannot see in my inbox. Which means I haven't gotten it.... for some reason. PM again.

Hopefully the mine requests will die out soon. Else they will be busy till the map reset

You can praise them, disagree with them, quote them, disbelieve them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can't do is ignore them.
And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius.

There are some things I'd like to get done before moving on to a new map generation. I can, however, not wait to get there. :)

A fresh start sounds both exiting and painfull.

more exciting than painfull tough ;)

I hope this new map will have that deep water I heard you talking about, and naturally a few small islands (even if we probably won't have boats for a long time just having them would keep the hope alive ;))

If you do a map re-start with an ocean, you should just draw up art for a hard coded, never moving boat (the ark) and have people spawn on that instead of the stone-henge, that'd be rad

New map generation - also a new character generation? Do we get to keep our characters when the map is reset? I sincerely hope so :|

What's the policy on giving mines, anyway? I have a lone character that is industry specialised. There is a mine some five-ten minutes of walk away (one direction), but I can only drive my cart halfway there because of water so I end up doing a LOT of walking. I'm not sure if he's mine-worthy, because I only play him a couple of hours a day, when lag gets too bad in Bottleneck.
