What ports does this game use?

I think this is the place to ask but If someone tells me I'll post there.

Any way. Haven & Hearth was running quite slow on my PC for a while. Then my brother opened up a couple ports on the router and then H&H started running faster.

So can someone give me list definate list of ports the game uses so that I can check that they're not locked?

UDP port 1870 and TCP port 1871.

Read your router's manual. Usually you'll be typing in an address like 192.168.1.0 into your browser and fiddle with the settings from there.

This. Get command prompt up and type ipconfig and look for gate ip.
