Destruction Lean-to

How can I destroy lean-to? I built it as a temporary dwelling and it prevents me from build new house now.
Adventure -> Destroy does not work.

I had a similar problem earlier today with getting rid of my Lean-to after finally getting a straw bed up inside of my new cabin. I don't know if it'd work for you but what happened to me was that when I tried to destroy it but the sand-glass didn't pop up I kept trying it, after the second or third try I got 'stuck' inside of the lean-to and could not move off of it, but when I tried it again I wound up being able to destroy it and move about again. Hope that helps.

Surely, you must simply be missing with the hotspot of the demolition cursor. You need to click on some opaque part of the leanto (not on the ground, in other words).

Thanks. I tried to destroy lean-to while the inside was a spruce bed.
