Help with my loom!!

Before anyone says, i HAVE looked through the forum on this..

right, im trying to make a loom, i have gone to Building>tools>Loom but there is NO loom there..
not even an option to build one,
could someone please tell me the skills and stuff i need to make a loom.. thanx =]

you need basic mechanics and maybe clothmaking

As i said.. i HAVE looked around, i have the required skills, but there is NO loom building option.
this hasent been mentioned before, but do i need wheelmaking.. as i have been told it opens ALOT of stuff..?

the required skill for a loom is "Basic Mechanics", but to be able to learn this skill you have to learn "Metal Working" and "Wheelmaking" first!

so, you have learned all these skills and there is still no loom available?
