Introduction and Quick Question about Unarmed Combat

I am very new to this game and have had tons of fun figuring out what to do next via the Forums and the H&H Wiki http://havenandhearth.wikia.com/wiki/Haven_and_Hearth_Wiki. I encourage all you veterans out there to take part in the wiki for noobs such as myself. As far as the Unarmed Combat question: Could someone please post a link to a previous thread (if one exists) that explains the Unarmed Combat in detail? Thank you in advance
