Exploding Cupboards?

Postby Ziegenkonig » Mon Feb 08, 2010 4:14 am

my cupboard was sitting there, I looked away, and when I looked back, the cupboard was gone, and all it's contents were scattered on the ground. The cupboard showed no signs of decay before this. What happened?

Cupboards decay in one hit; it is recommended that they be kept indoors.

Oh dear. I think I have to go find my cupboards now...or in 6 hours when I get home...

As a related question, do cabins prevent decay for things inside?

Yes, things inside cabins will never decay.

This does not count for dead bodies, silkmoths, or stuff left on the ground.

Yes they do, at least until the cupboard goes boom.

Also, if you must store a cupboard outside it lasts longer on paved ground. Everything decays more slowly on paved ground. Safest bet is inside a cupboard inside a house. Things on a house floor disappear but cupboards and things in a house don't decay at all.
