well i was thinking of migrating to a new area and i found this spot with 110 q soil does that sound like somthing good?

i found it in a mastly deforested part of the forest with alot of apple trees. someone put a stone up saying that the q of soil was 101 and said they wer abanding it for lack of good clay. also alot of birchbark and other treea around exept fir trees
